Separate lighting moods from a tidy electrical panel
Keep the dining lights soft while the surrounding room stays brighter. Wave Pro Dimmer 2PM controls two lighting circuits independently from the distribution board, combining familiar wall controls with automation and power measurement in a compact DIN-rail module.
What it does
- Two independent dimming outputs let you set different levels for adjacent lighting groups without forcing them to behave as one circuit.
- Trailing-edge dimming supports suitable dimmable LED, incandescent and halogen loads. Lamp and driver compatibility should be tested during commissioning, particularly at low brightness.
- Switch and push-button inputs preserve physical control. Single-button dimming supports short-press switching and press-and-hold adjustment; dual-button arrangements are also supported.
- Power measurement lets a compatible hub display the circuit consumption. Built-in protection covers overheating, overcurrent and overvoltage.

Installation and compatibility
Have an electrician install it in a suitable distribution board and commission the connected loads. Shelly specifies external 10 A protection with the characteristics given in its manual. Perform load calibration and check stable dimming across the intended range. Automation and remote access require a compatible Z-Wave gateway; local wall operation is available independently. The EU reference frequency is not an Indian-frequency claim: the supplied regional version must match the installation.
Planning your automation
For an open-plan room, commission a dining circuit and a lounge circuit separately, then create scenes that adjust both together. Check that your hub exposes both channels and their measurements. This is useful when each zone needs its own minimum brightness and physical controls.
